Return Your Travelpro® Order

If your Travelpro® luggage fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 100 days, no questions asked. We’ll even pay the return shipping!

*Note: Our 100 Day Trial is for Travelpro Luggage products purchased through travelpro.com only. Refund excludes any shipping charged on the original order.

*Travelpro Essentials have a 30 day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility. Items must be in the same condition as you received, unused, and with the original packaging. We will only refund shipping charges if you received and incorrect item or if an item is defective.

Return Instructions (Please Read)

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. You must generate a label for each box that is being returned.



If you have multiple items that can fit into a single box, select the items to be returned for (1) return label.



If your return requires multiple boxes, you will need to complete the return process multiple times to receive multiple return labels.



Partial returns on “Sets” purchased will not be accepted they cannot be broken.


Please ensure that the correct return label is placed on the correct shipment, or this will delay your refund.
