"Love my smaller Travel Pro rollaboard so I decided to order a size medium. This spinner was on sale so I gave it a shot. A little flimsy but does the job nicely, large size and amenities for the sale price. The wheels however, are terrible! Very soft rubber compound that pick up every pebble in its path. I clean my wheels off after every trip, and these wheels having a mini gravel pit stuck in the rubber after rolling 100 yds from a hotel to parking garage."

"I’m honestly very disappointed with this purchase. I thought I was buying a carry on suitcase for an upcoming trip, but what arrived was a checked bag that I have no use for. The product listing or sizing was not clear enough, and by the time I realized the mistake, I was told there were no returns or refunds. This wasn’t an inexpensive purchase, even after a discount, so being stuck with a bag I neither wanted nor needed is incredibly frustrating. The quality may be fine, but that doesn’t change the fact that I ended up with the wrong product for my needs and no reasonable way to resolve the situation. I would strongly encourage buyers to double check the dimensions and specifications before purchasing. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and dissatisfied."
