We want you to love your Travelpro luggage! So, if you’re not completely satisfied within 100 days of receipt, return it for a full refund, and we’ll cover return shipping too!
Restrictions on Special Items
- Luggage Sets: must be returned in full – partial returns cannot be accepted.
- Promotional Items: free or discounted items attached to your order must also be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, your refund will be adjusted.
- Final Sale Items: are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
- Travelpro Essentials: enjoy a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.
Return Requirements & Refund Details
- Paid expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, unless promised delivery date is delayed by the carrier.
- Refunds are processed after receipt and quality inspection of returned items which may take up to 14 business days.
- If you receive a wrong item(s) or a damaged/defective product, we will offer an exchange. For complete returns, any paid shipping fees will be refunded.
- For customers in Alaska or Hawaii, additional return shipping fees will apply.
Return Instructions
Please read and follow these easy steps.
1.) Generate a return shipping label(s) for each item that is being returned. Your printable shipping label can be obtained at the end of each initiated return or via your return email confirmation.
*NOTE: If you are returning multiple items, it is important you process a separate return for each item to generate all labels required. This will help expedite the refund process.
2.) Please ensure that the correct return label is placed on the correct shipment, or this will delay your refund.
