"We haven't had a chance to use it yet but it seems like a very nice piece of luggage. My only complaint is not with the quality but the size. It's bigger than I thought and I'm afraid it won't be manageable for my wife. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased the medium check-in piece instead. Since it was a closeout sale with no returns we're stuck with it now."
