We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 25 x 18 x 11 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 27 x 18.5 x 11.5 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

How many linear inches is this bag, and will I owe oversize fees?

"This seems like a good size and affordable option for mid-level luggage. Spinner wheels work well. It is light weight but well built. One design flaw is that the retrqctqble handle should be a little longer. It go high enough to stack some carry ons comfortably, even the MaxLite line. This was a replacement for another similar MaxLite series which about 25 years old. That one had a broken zipper and could not be repaired because the part is no longer made. I thought there was a lifetime warranty, but it is not offered with this less expensive line. After some bargaining Travelpro did give me 50% off, which was fair, although I to pay the $20 shipping charge. Read the guarantee carefully before you buy."

"This is an amazing suitcase!. We have had one for a couple years and loved it so much that we decided to get one more. Most bags are heavy and barely survive 2 long haul international trips. This bag is deceptively light, which helps hold more stuff. Despite its light construction, it's remarkably durable and hasn't shown any noticeable wear even after multiple international trips. The spinner wheels roll effortlessly making it easy to move around even when completely packed."

"This bag shows dirt easily. I should’ve gone with a darker color. It spins well even with a heavy backpack sitting on top. The zipper splits easily, which surprised me. It hasn’t split open once it’s closed but if the zipper isn’t sitting just right it’ll catch unevenly. There’s really no organizational features."

"This suitcase has gone to several countries with me and I'm very happy. It doesn't weigh much for a suitcase this size which is a big bonus if you plan on bringing back gifts.
