Some Important Notes on Special Items
•    Luggage Sets: must be returned in full – partial returns cannot be accepted.
•    Promotional Items: free or discounted items attached to your order must also be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, your refund will be adjusted.
•    Clearance Items: are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded 
•    Travelpro Essentials: enjoy a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Requirements & Refund Details
•    Any original shipping charges you may have paid are non-refundable
•    If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, we will cover the return shipping and refund any shipping fees you paid
