"The tote is sturdy, and has lots of pockets and an inside zipper pocket. After using, I would appreciate a padded divider for my tablet, and hooks on the sides for a cross-body strap. The tote is flexible, so I will be able to cram under the plane seat in front of me on my next flight. Be aware that although it has a zipper closure at the top, there are gaps on both sides, so small items could fall out."

It now has a crease that weakens it. This is not a deal breaker, but for a company that produces such amazing, high-quality products, it was a surprise. We own 7 TravelPro Platinum Elite suitcases of various sizes and have purchased 2 others as gifts and have been nothing but fully satisfied with them."

"It came too late for my work trip, despite being ordered more than a week ahead and at the same time as the compact carry-on, which did arrive in time. Communication around the shipping wasn't very good. Would have been helpful to have a personal bag that zipped and could hold a bit more than the bag I ended up using.
