How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Prefer in-person help? Find the nearest authorized repair center. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

Reviews
"Love this toiletry bag! Love the pouches that velcro in. I’m taking one out to put in my airport bag to hold my essentials for an overnight flight."
I have tried soooo many
"I have tried soooo many different ways to organize my cosmetics and person hygiene stuff. This works the best! I like that the pouches are not only spacious but removable. Makes it easier to pack and organize it. The is some structure to all of it so it is like having a small cabinet with me. It was easy to pack in my suitcase. Recommend if you are looking for more organization with day access."
Good quality but interior is not well designed
"The interior lining is too tight, the part where the pulling handle is can not go around the handle on the inside. So the zipper must be open all the time to use the space between the handle parts."

"This suitcase rolls beautifully, feels good in your hand and looks great. It's a bit heavier than my soft-shell Travelpro bag, but for a carry-on size that's not an issue for me. Very happy with the quality and design."
