"Initial quality of this suitcase was very good and I liked the handle and wheels. However, the durability of the suitcase is the worst I have ever experience in all of my traveling. This suitcase lasted only 3 flights before a large crack showed up across the front outer shell. Extremely disappointing after assuming this is a premium and more reliable option based on the price and marketing. I'll be avoiding any Travelpro suitcases in the future."
"After years of using cheap luggage, I purchased the Elite hardside. I purchased it because it is expandable, has dual compression panels, and a USB charging port. After using it I wish I had bought it years ago. This case is a pleasure to travel with. The wheels glide easily and track straight. The zippers work very smoothly and the suitcase is noticeably lighter than the carryons I have been using."
"Really enjoying the new set from TravelPro. They roll effortlessly and have all the space I need. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for new luggage. If I had to complain at all, it would be that all 3 pieces don’t nest inside one another. All good, though… totally worth the cost."
"Received the elite platinum plus in black and the luggage is great! I have the platinum elite carry on and this larger check in piece is much lighter than the carry on. As with all other TravelPro, the telescoping handle pulls out and goes back in nicely. The wheels on this check in glide so nicely, even across some slightly rough pavement. The compression enclosures are also a nice to have and the two separate zip pockets are a nice feature. This case also includes the portable charger adapter but for the life of me I couldn’t figure out how to access it but to be honest, you can’t check a portable charger anyway so it’s not a deal breaker. Also included are two shoe bags for one pair of shoes and a luggage tag. The aluminum corner guards are still a part of the elite platinum and it does add a nice finish. I recommend this product and love the TravelPro family of luggage. I’ve had warranty claims in the past and they responded quickly to my claim. We receive so many compliments on our pieces and are constantly asked what brand we have."
"So far, so good. Love the compact frame, reasonable price. internal organization and ease of movement. I also purchased a matching medium check-in which i find a little bulky."
"Great wheels however it’s a bit small compared to my Dakine Verge. I will probably have to return it unfortunately."
"Great color! Seems well built and sturdy. Bought with the idea in mind that “you get what you pay for”… well. . paid a Lot, hope it keeps up with my travels. (cautiously happy)"
"Excellent Product"
"Looks good and very functional. Would buy again. 10/10"
"I did not order the carry-on alone, I ordered it with a matching medium check in. I have waited two months now and still have not received the medium check in, nor have I received any information from the company as to its status. I’ve tried many times to call the company and have not received a callback."
