"Haven’t used it yet but it looks classy. I love the extra feathers such as the pouch for products and the suitor. And the sheen feel so smooth. I previously had a very popular brand clam shell, hard side one but I hated that it took up so much floor space to be able to access my items because i don’t like to completely unpack at every hotel if I'm only staying less than a few nights there. I have the medium check in version of this too. Can’t wait to put them to good use and see the world. I am not sure how the warranty is… haven’t had to use it. Hope they don’t send mismatched parts like the last brand did."
