"Overall the integrity, weight and style si amazing. However I think the telescopic arm could be more stiff and the handle could be less plasticky as other Travel Pro luggage’s. I know that producing a more stiff telescopic handle is difficult because it is composed in four pieces. But I also think this is what you guys should aim for."

"The bag is excellent and very comfortable. The wheels work great, and most importantly, I can use it in different situations. As a pilot, I find it to be an excellent choice. Personally, I would appreciate it if the handle were about 5 cm longer, so I would not hit the bag with my feet while walking. Also, if the handle structure were placed outside the luggage, it would not reduce the internal space, and that would make it perfect. The quality of the bag is great, and for my needs, I can truly call it a workhorse."

"A really well made Pilot bag, with loads of storage space. Love the padded laptop and iPad Storage. It’s been checked-in frequently (as it sadly is wider than many European low cost carriers allow as carry-on) and is great quality, showing no signs of wear despite the frequent baggage handler abuse. Paired with the multifunction tote, it’s been incredibly practical around Europe as flight crew doing a lot of deadheading. Really great purchase, but be aware it does not meet many carry-on requirement in Europe."
