"*** Most frustrating is I’m unable to get through to Customer Support through email or phone to ask a simple question. I simply need a replacement zipper PULL for TravelPro Platinum Elite 25” spinner that I purchased in March 2024 - this year. The first time I used it, baggage handlers or carousel ripped off the zipper PULL. The zipper pull is for the front pocket. Any help you can provide with obtaining a replacement zipper PULL is appreciated. I’m refraining from recommending Travelpro brand until I’m able to get help with this very simple request. It’s not an option on the online Customer support list."
