If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund within 30 days from the date the product was received, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hang tags still affixed to the product as delivered. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

"Overall we’re very pleased with the (3) TravelPro Luggage Tags that we purchased on the TravelPro website. However, the snaps that secure the band on the tags to the luggage are very difficult to open; in fact, when opening one of the tag bands for the first time, the metal snap became separated from the leather band and is now unusable. We’re assuming TravelPro would provide a replacement, but after a quick search online do not see a Customer Service contact number - only a multiple choice selection of possible issues to click on and instructions for mailing back an item. In the busy days leading up to our trip it would be helpful to just speak to someone at TravelPro, provide a photo of the faulty product and request a replacement."
