"I’m honestly very disappointed with this purchase. I thought I was buying a carry on suitcase for an upcoming trip, but what arrived was a checked bag that I have no use for. The product listing or sizing was not clear enough, and by the time I realized the mistake, I was told there were no returns or refunds. This wasn’t an inexpensive purchase, even after a discount, so being stuck with a bag I neither wanted nor needed is incredibly frustrating. The quality may be fine, but that doesn’t change the fact that I ended up with the wrong product for my needs and no reasonable way to resolve the situation. I would strongly encourage buyers to double check the dimensions and specifications before purchasing. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and dissatisfied."

I’ve been exclusively using my carry on, but realized when we went to the Dominican last year, that I didn’t have a medium sized bag to check (just a humongous suitcase, which I had to take). "The color was very nice however the texture all around is also underneath the handle so when you go to grab it, your fingers rub on it. There isn't an indentation under the handle so there is no room to put your hand comfortably around it. Unfortunately I have to return this."
