"Flat out the best quality, most well-designed roll-a-board luggage I've ever seen or owned. Solidly & strongly constructed, excellent ergonomics, superior materials, super-duper zippers (an especially important part of luggage that is often mediocre in other brands), and well-designed interior pockets. I like your bag so much that I have given them as gifts to friends and family. The only shortcoming is that you don't have a good combination suit bag / roll-a-board like Halfday does (the on the other friend of luggage I now own and just that one)"

I travel quite regularly and

"I travel quite regularly and have gone through many suitcases. This is by far the best one I have used. The wheels function noticeably better than those on any of my other suitcases. They move easily and amazingly the bag does not roll away when on a slant. I’m also impressed with the outside cover, which seems quite stain and scratch resistant. Definitely recommend highly."

This is the 3rd set

"This is the 3rd set of TravelPro Platinum Elite (carry on and medium sized combo) that I have purchased in a year. 1 for a gift (in burgundy), 1 for my husband and 1 for myself. My Husband's bags have been great - he has the navy camo and it is beautiful. I haven't seen anyone in the airports yet with that style. I have the green ones and after the 1st trip, my medium sized outer exterior zipper dangle, broke. We contacted TravelPro and they said for $10 (for us to pay for the postage), they would replace the zipper dangle. When we said forget it, TravelPro then offered to send us an entirely NEW medium sized bag if we show proof of cutting out a label within that damaged suitcase. Now, if that's not customer service for you (after initially not pleased with the having to pay $10 for postage on top of the quality of workmanship being doubted at this point cause after 1 trip, why would the zipper dangle be broken?) I don't know what is. The 4 wheels run smooth. The travel-on sized luggage fits in most overhead bins. It is lightweight, can hold a lot (in both sizes) and overall, we're pleased with the product."

"Excellent quality. This replaces an older roller board. The reason I give just 4 stars is the spinner will roll away from you if you are not holding onto it on a sloped surface, The roller board will stay put. Bring back the roller board."

One of the best travel investments

"I was a little leery of spending this much on a suitcase, but after a great experience with the carry-on version I bought on sale, I decided to splurge. I just returned from my first trip with this bag, and I couldn't be happier with the choice. There was plenty of room for over a week’s worth of clothing. The build quality feels excellent; after five flights, it barely looks like it’s been handled by airport luggage staff. My last suitcase cost a fraction of the price, but it ended up with a massive dent after its very first flight. While it was more than I initially planned to spend, this will—hopefully—be the last suitcase I need to buy for a long time."

New/Beautiful!

"I do really like this new Platinum Elite Medium Check-in Spinner. I haven’t used it yet; I plan to in June. I recently purchased this because I realized I am more of a fan of the fabric luggage than I am of the hard side. I like that there are pockets on the outside/inside and all the extras. I plan to use them. The quality of the luggage is obvious, from the moment iit arrived. The exterior is beautiful, strong and well made. The interior is spacious, and filled with extra pieces I didn’t expect would be so appealing."
