We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 25 x 16 x 10 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 26 x 16.5 x 10.5 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

How many linear inches is this bag, and will I owe oversize fees?

How do I clean and care for it?

"The TravelPro Bold 25” rollaboard suitcase is my 5th piece of TravelPro Luggage I have purchased. My first piece was a 22” Bold rollaboard carry on. It has been on about 40 flights and several train trips and it still works and looks great with only some light scuffing. The 2nd piece I acquired was a 28” Bold check in bag. It has been on maybe 30 flights and still is in great condition with only some light scuffing. I also have a Maxlite 5 carry on Tote bag that I use as a personal item or when I am just going on a couple day trip as it will easily carry a few days of clothing if packed carefully. I just recently rounded out my ensemble with a 2nd 28” Bold rollaboard check in bag and a 25” Bold rollaboard check in bag. Excellent travel bag, especially for

"Excellent travel bag, especially for international travel. Used this time for a 10 day trip, and have used for a 21 day trip. The wheels are very sturdy and the best for challenging surface conditions in other countries, especially cobblestone and steps, which are everywhere in Europe. (bags with 4 wheels, I do NOT recommend for this type of travel) The waterproof pouch excellent for dirty clothing, etc. Very strong handle and I LOVE that the handle can be secured under a zippered cover for airports to reduce damage. The fabric / outside design is top quality. Very durable and handled lots of abuse without getting damaged. Also love that it can expand, to allow extra room. This is our second bag of this type. Would highly recommend. Travel Light ! Travel Far ! Matt"

Too heavy for 2 wheels

"We decided to upgrade from a 2-wheeled carry-on to a medium check-in bag, and this 25" bag seemed the right size to easily maneuver during our travels. Unfortunately, there is not an option for a 4-wheeler spinner in this 25" model, and 26" is just too large. The result is a bag that is too heavy to comfortably move on 2 wheels and impossible to move with a backpack slid onto the handle. It has been an expensive mistake. Travelpro should have an option for 4 wheels. As is, this bag doesn't work and we cannot recommend it."
