Can I return or exchange this item?

No. This item is final sale. All purchases of this product are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or the 100-day trial. Manufacturing defects are still covered by the applicable product warranty.

Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 21 x 14 x 9 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 23 x 14.5 x 9.5 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?

Yes, for the major U.S. airlines: this bag is sizer-bin tested and fits the carry-on sizers and overhead bins on mainline aircraft of the major U.S. carriers. Like most premium carry-ons, its overall height (23 in.) is slightly above the commonly published 22 x 14 x 9 in. standard, and it still fits where it matters: the sizer and the bin.

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?

Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Is it water resistant?

Yes. The exterior polyester fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy sidewalks and daily wear.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Prefer in-person help? How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
