We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 24.75 x 17 x 10.5 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 27.25 x 18 x 11 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"The product was shipped to my house instead of my niece's house. There is a warning to check the address, and I DID. But the address reverts when anything goes wrong with the purchase. Specifically, I caught it reverting the address after a promotion code failed. It is not nice to revert the address during a later stage of the purchase!
