Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 20 x 14 x 9 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 22.5 x 14.5 x 9 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?
Yes, for the major U.S. airlines: this bag is sizer-bin tested and fits the carry-on sizers and overhead bins on mainline aircraft of the major U.S. carriers. Like most premium carry-ons, its overall height (22.5 in.) is slightly above the commonly published 22 x 14 x 9 in. standard, and it still fits where it matters: the sizer and the bin.

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
Will it fit my laptop?
Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 15 inches. That covers the MacBook Air 13 and 15, MacBook Pro 14, Dell XPS 13 through 15, ThinkPad X1 Carbon, and Surface Laptop models. A 16-inch class laptop such as the MacBook Pro 16 will likely be too large for the sleeve. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.
Does it have RFID protection?
Yes. The ID TheftBlock™ pocket is RFID-blocking, shielding passports and cards from wireless skimming while you travel.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). How do I clean and care for it?

"Platinum Elite Business is smaller than advertised online. Prior to purchasing I compared the size of the Platinum Elite and Platinum Elite Business, online comparison states it is the same size, see attached photo. The Business Elite is smaller because the garment bag that’s comes with the Platinum Elite does not fit in the Business Elite. Now I am stuck with two platinum elite business luggages, if I could I would return it. See pictures for comparison."

"Hi I have heard alot about the quality of the product to be frank there are many at the same price point with much highwr quality. 1. The handle feels cheap 2. The magnatic rotation keeps it flowing in one direction so manuverability is impacted and ita not smooth. The overall plastic used is cheap, higher expectations where built with online marketing and its quite disappointing"

"Perhaps my favorite purchase of the year! PROS: Those wheels! Love, love, LOVE! They go anywhere without putting up a fuss. This thing has mad organization features! I can see being able to only take this for weekend trips. Pair it with packing compression bags and you're set. The built-in charging port was something we didn't even know we wanted and now don't want to travel without. CONS: If we didn't also buy the UnderSeat Carry-On I might get frustrated with the sizes of the front zipper pockets because we have a pouch we use to keep our travel docs and ID in that doesn't fit well in these pockets. Further, we would have to open the whole case to get to bigger items. This is typical so I don't want to knock it too hard - maybe use it as an argument to buy the UnderSeat Carry-On so you have the best of both worlds."
