Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 22 x 24 x 10.5 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 24 x 24.25 x 10.5 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Can I take this on the plane?

Its overall size including wheels and handle is 24 x 24.25 x 10.5 in. which fits carry-on or underseat allowances on most major U.S. airlines depending on the bag. Compare against your carrier in our airline size guide.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Prefer in-person help? How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I purchased this bag to keep some suits in good order while I traveled. Although it is quite spacious from a luggage standpoint, it is very inconvenient large bulky and hard to roll. Having two wheels makes it very difficult and it size makes it hard to lift on airplanes and trains, etc. . I definitely love the concept of a garment bag, but for me, this is not it."

Very awkward

"I bought this thinking it would be easy to maneuver and was large enough to hold both my husband’s and my stuff however, it doesn’t hold anymore than a collapsible soft garment ment holds with it being more cumbersome and awkward to push. Should have gotten a regular size suitcase with the all adjustable wheels. Disappointed 😔"

"This is a nice garment bag. It’s surprisingly light, and it has just enough compartments and pockets to be useful. I had the chance to compare it side by side with the Samsonite version, which felt just a little more solid in construction, and had swivel wheels. But this one won out because of being just a little more spacious and light. So far I’ve had it on one trip, and it held up fine in multiple legs & transfers. Those reviews saying it hits the back of your feet as you walk with it? I did not experience that at all."
