"I received my luggage. I couldn’t find the second suitcase. Someone decided to open the larger suitcase and placed the smaller suitcase inside, hiding the suitcase making me think I had a missing suitcase. AI helped me figure out that someone possibly pulled this stunt for $800 worth of luggage. And with further inspection I was not impressed with the luggage for $800. I worked for Alaska and I expected better. That’s my honest opinion. And the constant ads and emails are non stop. Sorry this purchase was not a good experience."

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 25 x 18 x 11.25 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 28 x 18.5 x 11.75 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
How many linear inches is this bag, and will I owe oversize fees?
Linear inches are height + width + depth. This bag measures 54.25 linear inches by case dimensions and 58.25 including wheels and handles. The standard checked-bag limit on most airlines is 62 linear inches (158 cm). This bag sits within that limit. More detail in our luggage size and weight guide.
How much can I pack before hitting airline weight limits?
Most U.S. airlines cap checked bags at 50 lbs. This bag weighs 9.8 lbs empty, which leaves about 40.2 lbs of packing before standard overweight fees. A luggage scale is a good companion for long trips.
Does the expansion matter on a checked bag?
Expansion adds packing depth, which also adds to the bag's linear inches and invites heavier packing. If you are near your airline's size or weight limit, measure and weigh the bag expanded, the way it will actually fly.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Prefer in-person help? Find the nearest authorized repair center. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
What warranty does this come with?
This product is covered by the Built for a Lifetime Limited Warranty, plus our 100-day satisfaction trial with free returns. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Reviews
We are currently on vacation
"We are currently on vacation with our new luggage and WE LOVE IT! We treated ourselves to new luggage for our 36th wedding anniversary and chose Travelpro based on NYTimes Wirecutter reviews. We have not been disappointed! The luggage is roomy and has so many fantastic compartments! It rolls so perfectly! It’s a dream! Well worth the splurge! Can’t wait to take it on more adventures!"
We have not used the
"We have not used the new luggage; however, I have owned several TP carry on bags and backpacks. They last a long time and are a pleasure to use. This is my first four wheel spinner luggage and I'm anxious to see how it works. Our next big trip will last 29 days which is why we purchased new TP luggage. It lasts and makes travel more enjoyable. Kudos to TP for communicating at each step of the purchase, and for the follow up."
These are simply the best
"These are simply the best luggage on the market. We have a full set. Love the Bordeaux color also. Travelpro is also great on quick delivery. 💯% highly recommended. Our have been to Bora Bora. and Europe. Always gets a few compliments. Buy with confidence."
Theses look terrific. My 25
"Theses look terrific. My 25 year old Travelpro’s were still useful but looking a bit sad with many miles on them. I leave Tuesday for a month in Japan and will let you know when I return how I have enjoyed my new set. Please send me another review request after 11/20/26."
Hands down the best luggage
"Hands down the best luggage I've purchased- lightweight, easy rolling, hold more than it looks (not the I over packed). Absolutely love the magnetic wheels that keep it straight with no effort. So happy I remembered this brand from a purchase 8 years ago"
Love this suitcase for it
"Love this suitcase for it one big compartment feature, suit hanger compartment and overall ease of use. Wheels are a delight. Can’t wait to get a larger version of this suitcase."
Extremely well constructed and well
"Extremely well constructed and well appointed with compartments to stay organized. Heavy duty zippers and effortless spinners complete the package. Good value."
I return both of these
"I return both of these items because it was very unhappy with the Quality. I have older Travel pro pieces that still hold up but these new ones just weren’t very nice. The pull-up handle did not work and the material lips scruffy even though I just unpacked it. I returned them."
Love the bag, but literally,
"Love the bag, but literally, first use on a Southwest Airlines flight and the handle does not want to pull out as smoothly as it initially did, so not sure whether to be more disappointed in the bag or SW!"
