"I’ve been a travel pro luggage user for over a decade. I feel like the quality of this bag gets worse and worse as the years go on. I’ve also never used any of the warranties and this is at least my fourth version of this bag. this may be my last bag purchased with your company."
"I liked the layout for my dresses and suits. The wheels should be able to rotate…that would help a great deal in transport both on and off the airplane. Otherwise with my underseat case and this garment bag I recently packed 9 dresses 5 pair of pants 2 jackets, 4 tops/shirts. In the underseat i had 3pair of shoes ,and a short pair of boots packed with belts and underwear. 2 sweaters, cosmetics, pantyhose, curling iron , hairbrushs and hair accessories in one outside pocket , and eye makeup and sunscreen in another side pocket."
"This rolling garment bag is okay, not great. Capacity is pretty good, but the would be MICH better with spinner 4 wheels so it rolls beside me when walking thru the airport. As it is, my heel constantly hits the bag as it rolls behind me unless I intentionally hold/roll the bag away from my stride, which is uncomfortable for my arm. Also, the extension handle often gets caught and does not extend fully. Very annoying!"

"Extremely disappointed. The bag was too short for the suits, pants, and shirt so it had to be folded up at bottom defeating the whole goal of wrinkle free. I tried calling customer service in case I was missing something wrong and it is not possible to speak to a live person. So I gave up and returned it. Only positive note is my money was returned right away."
"Beautiful bag. But to be honest, I sent it back because of the two wheels. For a carry on, it just seemed more reasonable to have four wheels so it would glide sideways easily down the isle of the aircraft."

"Seems like a great bag. Good organizational tool. Only issue is it kept hitting my back foot as I pulled it. I think this is due to my height (6'2'') but even with the handle fully extended it didn't give me enough room behind me. Will try a four-wheel bag."
"In general I am quite pleased. the only two disappointments are 1) the handle has a tendency to get caught on the innards of the bag and not fully extend without some extra manipulation, and 2) the bag doesn't seem to want to le flat because of the outside pocket which makes it a little challenging to fully zipper"
"Overall, this is a very good bag. Very nice looking, solid construction. Wheels are solid and make rolling through the airport a breeze. The only criticism is the small straps on the sides that hold down the flaps. Not well designed, don't function well, and look cheap. For the price of this bag, this should be better."
