Platinum® Elite Carry-On Spinner Tote

I paid fill price for

"I paid fill price for this item and disappointed it did function perfectly. The design, size, etc. are great for my needed. I was using it to transport my CPAP sleep apnea machine during my travel. I purchased it due to its warranty, size, and having four spinner wheels. Within a few minutes of using it for the first time, the extended handle would give and either slide down on one side or the entire handle would become unlocked and start to slide down. I am hoping this is a one-off issue and not all of them have the same design problem. The exact problem happened everything I used it through my entire trip - very disappointing. For the money I spent, I am disappointed. and will either return it within the 100 days or see if they can send me a new one with a new 100-day warranty. The reason I purchased this was to using it through airports with my new elite laptop back back hanging off the extended handle. By the way, see my backpack review - that item is fantastic. and worth every penny I paid full price."

SMALL. My fault for not

"SMALL. My fault for not checking the measurements on the website more carefully and not estimating the too small carry-on bag size. Love all the many clever features. But the actual capacity in real life would be more like that of a rolling backpack. Well made. Be alert to zero return policy for sale items. I have several great Travelpro Brand bags and was unaware that the 100 day return policy doesn't extend to sale items."

"Another great roller bag from Travel Pro! I bought this on the Black Friday sale, and I liked it so much that I bought one as a gift for a friend. My New International Travel Go To

"I have a Platinum Elite carry on and Medium check thru bag, which I love and use regularly . The carry on is too large for much international travel and domestic region jets, so this should do the trick. It’s still a little heavier, but will allow me to roll on instead of carrying on heavy bag on shoulder or back."

Almost Perfect

"Traveling a lot, I’ve tried several types of carryons over the years, from 16” to 21. ” This size hits the sweet spot - not too small or too big. The Platinum Elite line proves that you get what you pay for with the materials, design and function top quality. It holds several days worth of clothing on a short trip, or all the necessities needed in case a larger suitcase fails to arrive upon landing when taking a long trip. The wheels roll very smoothly even if a heavy backpack is on top, and it doesn’t tip over when stationary. The only thing that could be changed is the Velcro strip/snap on the inside of the lid that prevent the case from opening fully. Compression straps would work much better and are not cumbersome. Also, the inside lid would be more functional with a full zippered mesh pocket. Overall, though, because of the quality and size, it’s a great travel addition."
