On most airlines a bag like this travels as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size carry-on in the bin. Check your airline's personal-item dimensions to confirm. Our airline size guide lists carry-on rules by carrier.
The listed capacity is 38 liters at 0.8 lbs empty.
Submit a repair request through our warranty repair page for an online evaluation, with photos of the issue and your proof of purchase (or product registration). If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Prefer in-person help? Find the nearest authorized repair center. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page.
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"Product seems fine but customer service is horrible - called about the travel duffel and they don't listen, they keep asking for information that doesn't exist and they ask for you to provide more and more information but don't do anything with it except ask for more information. Have previously bought all of my luggage from Travelpro - will be returning everything and going back to Samsoni8te"
"Perfect to pack for those souvenirs you never leave enough room in your suitcase for. Sturdy and roomy when it's unfolded. Very compact when it's zipped up."

"Love this foldable duffle! It holds plenty and is easy to refold and zip! The front pocket needs a zipper instead of a magnet."
"Exactly what I was hoping it would be. Haven't used it yet, but it has the features I was looking for. Would have loved for it to have color options."
"This foldable duffle comes in handy when I need a quick extra bag. It has been checked-in and no problems. It folds into its own case and can be packed without taking up too much space or weight."
