Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 24.75 x 16.5 x 10.75 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 27.25 x 17.75 x 11 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

How many linear inches is this bag, and will I owe oversize fees?

Does the expansion matter on a checked bag?

Expansion adds packing depth, which also adds to the bag's linear inches and invites heavier packing. If you are near your airline's size or weight limit, measure and weigh the bag expanded, the way it will actually fly.

How do I clean and care for it?

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I typically don’t write reviews but here it goes. I purchased this bag in late August 2026 and shipping was timely. I purchased this bag for a two week European vacation. On day four, the zipper broke. Because there are two zippers, I am still able to use it but I cannot fasten the zipper at all. This bag was not overstuffed at all. I am currently still in Europe and I hope I’ll be able to get my items back home. I will be contacting Travel Pro upon my return. This is the very first bag that I’ve had this happen to. Extremely disappointed."

Good Quality product except for

"Good Quality product except for the TSA locking mechanism, which is the worst. The TSA locking mechanism is terrible in that the small buttom used to reset the lock code just disappears into the mechanism resulting in the old code not working, as well as the new code. Even afteer progressing through all 999 codes the code is not found. In other words, NO code opens the suitcase. Customer service is even worse. No English speakers who can undeerstand English. Likely a call center in India or the Philipines. Spent over 45 minutes of worthless time, only to then suggest that the product was within the 100 day return wondow. Then customer service changed their tune. OK, no problem, just send it back. No further questions."

"I have been waiting for this particular design to be available. When I finally got it, it's everything as it should be. I like the split construction/ two compartments, makes it easier to access one area neatly. The low profile handles are very good addition...The handle on my last case was ripped off, so this should correct that risk. I love the integrated TSA lock."
