"While I loved the beautiful color (rose pink) of the Travelpro x Travel + Leisure Large suitcase, and the second handle in the middle of the suitcase (for ease of lifting it with two hands), I decided to return the suitcase and buy a different model. Reason: the second handle makes for less packing volume. If I am going to travel with a large suitcase, I want to have as much interior volume as possible."

"Best suitcase I've ever had! Took it cabin camping with me and it held up so well. Still beautiful and sturdy after being drug on gravel and the cabin floor, and thrown around by airport staff. I've never had a case this big before, but I'm glad that I got this one. No space was wasted, and the organization inside was perfect."
"On my first trip the zipper broke opening almost all the way. The case was dented also looking like a hole about 1 1/2 inches long. There is not a phone number to call to contact anyone to inform them of these issues. I actually purchased two different sizes and both had dents in them on the very first flight. I have never had anything like this happen to brand new suit cases even with the less expensive ones. We traveled to Maui and Kaui and needed to rig something up to keep the larger one closed for the remaining flights which I worried about the entire trip. You need to have better customer service. We received the suitcases right before our trip so I have not been able to complete the warranty cards yet. We just returned home yesterday."

"The suitcase is very lightweight, stylish, and durable, and holds a lot of items. I use it to pack fragile items without worrying about them breaking. The material also doesn’t show scuffs as easily when placed on conveyor belts. When I’m rushing from the hotel to the airport, the included water resistant compartment is nice for wet items and as a bonus my luggage doesn’t fall out when I open the case thanks to the zips. The handles are comfortable and nice for the shorter and taller members of my family. I like that my suitcase doesn’t topple over when moving between tiled and carpeted floors in airports and my wrist doesn’t hurt."
