The backpack is excellent for
"The backpack is excellent for business travel. It has enough space to comfortably pack an iPad and MacBook Air and room for all accessories and a notebook."
Best for: The laptop-first crowd, and carry-on minimalists.
It measures 16 x 12 x 6 in. It weighs 2 lbs and holds 16 liters. That is the full exterior size, so you can compare it directly against airline or storage limits.
On most airlines a bag like this travels as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size carry-on in the bin. Check your airline's personal-item dimensions to confirm. Our airline size guide lists carry-on rules by carrier.
The listed capacity is 16 liters at 2 lbs empty.
Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 15.6 inches. That covers the MacBook Air 13 and 15, MacBook Pro 14, Dell XPS 13 through 15, ThinkPad X1 Carbon, and Surface Laptop models. A 16-inch class laptop such as the MacBook Pro 16 will likely be too large for the sleeve. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.
Yes. The exterior fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy sidewalks and daily wear.

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

However, feedback on the straps and pockets is mixed, with some finding them uncomfortable and others noting limited space.

"The backpack is excellent for business travel. It has enough space to comfortably pack an iPad and MacBook Air and room for all accessories and a notebook."
"Good bag. Small. No pen or pencil slots"
"Perfect for MAC users."
"Have to say was disappointed with this bag. Yes the bad profile is slim, however interior pockets were not useful and padded straps simply Andy’s not have enough cushion."
"Basic backpack. Nothing special to justify the price. Looks cool, but that's about it. I wouldn't have bothered reviewing but I was deeply upset with the Maxlite® 5 International Carry-On Spinner! so might as well drop my thoughts on this backpack. Maybe I picked the two worst products the brand offers but I'm left flabbergasted at the cost to value of these items - as in, nonexistent."
"I recently used this as my personal carry-on item for a six hour plane ride. It held my small purse, toiletry items, sound canceling headphones, scarf, and other miscellaneous items I use in the airplane. Its size fit perfectly under the seat and it is lightweight and easy to take on and off. Highly recommend."
"There is a hard balanced to strike between a durable sturdy bag and a bag that is so stiff it cut your hands when you move in and out of the zippers. Some of the pockets in this bag are tighter than I expected, and the expandable water bottle holder is a nice feature, but doesn’t expand very far in reality. Doesn’t accommodate our current water bottle obsession. Would not fit an Owala or Hydro Flask. Fits the slim 16oz Starbucks bottles."
"I like this backpack it matches my suitcase and roll aboard. Although, this backpack is small it has adequate space for my needs. I like that it attaches to the roll aboard handle."
"While nice, the bag does not have any padding at the bottom of the laptop pocket to protect your computer when you set the bag down. That should be a basic feature of any backpack in this price range."
"The structure of this backpack allows it to sit securely on my carry on bag. It holds more than I thought it would and is perfect for my monthly business trips."
