Can someone at Travelproplease help
"Can someone at Travelproplease help me? I have contacted you twice prior to this message and a third time, my message bouced back as undeliverable. I ordered two bags in midnight blue, this one came in black. I sent pictures of both of the bags, the shipping box and the id tag inside. Apparently, the inside tag must say it is blue, but it is not. We fly out for our trip on Friday, Ocober 2nd. I would like my other blue bag as ordered. I can use the travelpro bags I have from 1995, from Sachse's in Kohler WI, (miss that store) but I have aged and need somthing lighter! Please advise..."

Just took my first domestic
"Just took my first domestic trip, enough space for fall clothing including a couple of sweaters, a jacket, two jeans, one sweatpants, 3 or 4 shirts, and one pair of shoes, plus a cosmetics bag. On my way, I checked it. On my return, I brought it in with me (no issues with sizing on American Airlines, in fact, case looked smaller than others on board), anyhow, very happy with my purchase. My only wish would be that the mesh pocket were plastic instead to keep dirty clothes in. And of course, a lock would’ve been nice."

Everything about this carry-on meets
"Everything about this carry-on meets my expectations! I purchased it to replace some older luggage. It is especially lightweight, which helps my arthritic bones maneuver it up stairs, and also lift it into the overhead compartment. The fully directional wheels work exceptionally smoothly, allowing the luggage to essentially glide through the airport. So far the design of inner and outer spaces are sufficient for the way I pack for travel. Looking forward to many adventures using this Carry-On spinner!"

Took it on a couple
"Took it on a couple flights and a cruise. Walked to the port rolling them over a mile. Was smooth rolling, held everything we needed, looks great and expanded will for new purchases. Was light enough for wife and I to handle 2 rollers each. Very happy with the purchase."

This is my second Maxlite
"This is my second Maxlite 5. My daughter stole my original 🤪 and this is a replacement. It’s everything I expected. Durable, lightweight, easy to roll, and matches my under seat carry on. I’m in a trip now, and as usual, the baggage handlers have already put her through a beating but she looks good. Just needs cleaning up a bit. Excellent quality! Would buy more pieces!!!"

I wish I could review
"I wish I could review the actual bag, but I never received it. I ordered this carry-on specifically for a 10-day vacation. When it became clear that it was not going to arrive in time, I contacted Travelpro and asked to cancel the order because it had not shipped. I was told it could not be canceled because it was already being processed. I have now taken my entire 10-day vacation and returned home, and the bag STILL has not shipped or had any change in shipment status. I don’t understand how an order can be too far along in processing to cancel, yet still not ship more than 30 days after I placed the order. The trip I purchased it for is already over, I never received the product, and I’m now having to contact Travelpro yet again to request a refund. Extremely disappointing experience."

Weight and maneuverability are excellent.
"Weight and maneuverability are excellent. However, the luggage became damaged on first and only trip with normal conditions. The quality of the fabric used on the outside as well as the netting for inside pocket is apparently very poor and delicate. For the price, more durable materials should be used. I am very disappointed and regretful of this purchase."

"I loved my previous brand, but this is my first Travelpro and this bag truly feels much lighter, and packs very easily! I'm most impressed by how much easier the wheels roll, which is particularly helpful since so many airports have carpet, which usually is much more difficult."

My sister bought me one
"My sister bought me one and I bought one for another sister and now just bought one for the sister who bought me one. It’s round robin. I love the quality. My one complaint is minor but annoying. I provided my cell and was promised a code for a discount. When I entered the code the site said it did not work. I considered cancelling but my sister was coming to visit and I wanted it delivered on time. Your company might want to look into this glitch."
