Tipping frustration. Zipper pucker.

"Thinking about getting my money back for this. I’m glad I have about 50 more days. I’m very dissatisfied with the fact that it will not set up without tipping over forward. It has fallen all the way to Ground a couple of times. Very frustrating. Also, the zipper for the laptop is puckered so that it’s quite difficult to zip up."
