Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

We each used the medium Crew Classic to fly internationally and there is a defect in one of the pulls on the zipper. It keeps falling off.
