Best for: One-bag travelers who treat the overhead bin as home, and anyone tired of waiting at the carousel.
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 19.75 x 13.75 x 9.5 in. The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 23 x 14.5 x 9.5 in. When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Yes, for the major U.S. airlines: this bag is sizer-bin tested and fits the carry-on sizers and overhead bins on mainline aircraft of the major U.S. carriers. Like most premium carry-ons, its overall height (23 in.) is slightly above the commonly published 22 x 14 x 9 in. standard, and it still fits where it matters: the sizer and the bin.
| Airline | Published carry-on limit |
|---|---|
| American Airlines | 22 x 14 x 9 in. |
| Delta Air Lines | 22 x 14 x 9 in. |
| United Airlines | 22 x 14 x 9 in. |
| Southwest Airlines | 24 x 16 x 10 in. |
Regional jets have smaller bins, so expect to gate-check on those flights regardless of brand. See our carry-on size guide by airline for the full list, and remember every bag is covered by our 100-day trial.
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I really enjoy the ease at which this Carry-On follows me or goes where I want it to. It fit perfectly in the overhead bin on my latest trip."
"The 22” is meeting carrier requirements & it is incredibly lightweight! With the expanding zipper, I plan on packing my bag – then squeezing it shut via forced “ compression. ” Looking forward to having more travel adventures."
"Good bag, plenty of room for a short 5 day trip. I bought the large carryon size but used it as a checked bag. I would need a larger bag for longer trips but this was great for 5 days."

"Excellent Luggage! Durable, Rolls easy."
"So far so good, I wanted a bag without all the frills(charge ports, drink holders, etc) the way I see it those are just more things to break. Have been traveling across Eastern Canada and wanted to pack for fast and lite transport. Have not had to extend it out yet, have another week left but I have faith it will hold up great."
"Have not used it but will very soon, it seems it will an mazing product."
"It is light and durable after two international trips. I am pleased with the luggage which seems a good value"
"I use this weekly for business travel. It is perfect for a week of travel and not having to check a bag. Rolls excellent through areas to and from airports. I would highly recommend!"
"I wanted a larger carry on than what I had and am so happy with this luggage. It glides super smoothly when pulling it. I can fit a good amount of clothes in it. No problem for a quick trip. Love it!!"
