I also wanted a bag that had the opening near the top - I don’t like the hard sided ones because you have to lay the both sides flat to open the zipper at the middle. When I travel I like to put my bag in a luggage rack, chair or bureau top and open it against the wall and use my clothes out of the bag - I rarely unpack it. Really appreciated the return policy - I tried another bag before settling on this one. I would not have purchased a travel pro if it was t for the free return because i had to order one to see it in person. Very happy with my Lite Carryon."
