"This is remarkably light, but it's the right size for international travel, and I think it will hold up well. The shipping was a little confusing, in that the tracking said it described 1 of 2 items, when they were actually shipped together in the same box (this carry-on inside a medium suitcase on the same order."
"I had a Travelpro sixe 22 inches for years and loved it. It finally gave out and had only 2 wheels anyway so was time for a replacement. I was excited to find on the Travelpro website the exact same bag but with 4 wheels. However, when I got it, it was much smaller even though it said it was 22 inches. The length was indeed that but the height had been cut back and on one end it sloped down so much, its pretty useless. I am quite unhappy!"
"I returned this carry on without using it because it was smaller than I expected. It has, what I believe, is a design flaw. The carry on narrows which prevents anyone from packing as much as they would with a suitcase that’s truly rectangular. I was very disappointed with this design and I have 29’ Maxlite 5s that I like using."

"Received 2 of 3 pieces of luggage. Apparently third piece damage in transit. UPS said in email that they would contact Travelpro and then get back to us. UPS did not get back to us so I contacted them and then it was a terrible problem UPS deciding whether it was lost or damaged. They have finally started to research situation 2 WEEKS after the other 2 pieces arrived! BTW I Contacted Travepro customer service and was told don’t call us only call UPS! No help! BTW DO NOT USE UPS IF THIS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS! Would not recommend Travelpro if using UPS"

I think it’s an adjustment overall, but that is definitely something on me. I love this bag, it’s a great size and it has a lot of pockets and compartments that I can utilize for all of my things. The bag is also super lightweight and it rolls so smoothly on the ground. I highly recommend it!"
