"I really do love this new suitcase. There are some additional features like a side handle, extra replacement zipper pulls, smoother wheels & the compression flap - that I don't have on my older Travelpro cases. The extra zipper pulls are nice since I've had almost all of my other pulls torn off during travel (thank you baggage handlers) - This new case will be first for me to grab on my next trip"
"What a great suitcase! The Optima is spacious yet lightweight. It is easy to maneuver because the wheels move in all directions. Love the expandable feature since it adds a significant amount of packing space. The inside compartments are great to keep things organized and in place. "This new hard side is superb. It overcomes the early edition problems with either too much flex or being so hard to e brittle. The interior is a whole new level - no foul odors like so many have, lovely lining with great divisions and straps for compression and maximizing space. Also especially appreciated are the replacement zipper pulls as this is invariably an issue with airline abuse. Travelpro has taken hard side to a whole new level and I rank it Five Stars with no reservations."
"Great piece of luggage for a couple traveling for the weekend. Packing cubes came in super handy and makes it so easy to be organized while traveling. Zipper glides easily and appears to hold up to frequent open/closing of the suitcase. No issues with rolling the luggage from cab to hotel and easily maneuverable thru the airport and public transit. Expandable zipper section allows room for unexpected souvenirs during our travels. Would highly recommend for frequent travelers."
"At first glance, a very stunning color. It appears to be a very sturdy piece of luggage, good storage space, and very convenient additional compartment and separate packaging for accessories. The only downside is the locking mechanism isn’t as user friendly as described by instructions. It took me almost 10 minutes to figure out the way the locks worked. I had my wife try after providing instructions of what I did to unlock it, but still took even longer. Once I got past the locking mechanism, I was able to get to the great piece of luggage that it is."
"Spacious roller, easy to manipulate, with section dividers that keeps everything organized, and stops you from over packing large items which leads to being overweight. Although the luggage is a hard case it has flexibility to the material and a zipper expansion, which gives you more packing flexibility if needed. However, because of the the body has some flex to it when fully packed, but its the appropriate compromise to a non flexible hard case. The light blue color sticks out on the conveyor belt and was easy to spot, the wheels are color matched which helped it to stick out from the other luggage."
