"I have owned the product for about 5 months. The first hole in the bag happened right away in the side drink pouce that has a breathable button on it. That easily ripped itself off. The second hole is appearing in the padding on the back, near the bottom. If you're like many travelers with a roller bag, you might carry it on a hook draped over the front of the roller bag. Moving it around like this does causes wear and tear. It's a cost of doing business. However, your basic Swissgear bag can handle this for years. But the material is so thin over the bottom of this bag, near the pads, that it now has a hole in it too after less than half a year of use. Worst of all, their customer service does anything to get you off the phone. Unhelpful and wouldn't listen. Highly recommend you spend elsewhere."
